Country: Serbia Description of the Assignment: To support the Development Agency of Serbia (DAS) and the FDI Unit in designing a practical, policy-supported strategy to ensure the long-term utilization of hospitality infrastructure created for Expo 2027 in Belgrade. As part of Serbias broader FDI promotion and infrastructure development framework, the DAS is coordinating the post-event legacy strategy for Expo 2027. This consultancy will analyse successful reuse models from events such as Expo 2020 Dubai and Paris 2024 and adapt them to Belgrade’s institutional and economic context. The strategy will guide both public and private stakeholders on how to convert temporary event infrastructure into long-term tourism, housing, or business assets.Period of assignment/services: June 2025 - December 2025Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
