The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Nigeria wishes to engage qualified vendors in Invitation to Bid (ITB) :Invitation to Bid (ITB) : Drilling of Boreholes and Establishment of Water and Solar Pumping Systems in Banki, Bama LGA, Borno State. Borehole Drilling, Water Supply Infrastructure, and Solar Pumping Systems Bidders are required to download the Term of Reference and the corresponding  BoQ from the Technical offer Content Section. Each bidder must ensure that their submission includes complete and separate technical and financial responses for each ToR they are bidding for. Failure to submit the correct ToR–BoQ combinations may result in the bid being deemed non-compliant. Please note that the physical site visit is mandatory.
