Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Design a questionnaire to elicit information from enterprises in MDA (size 50 and above) that help identify (i) a comprehensive list covering all job-functions in all economic sectors, and (ii) the main components of remuneration packages • Implement with EXCALL 1 the questionnaire to collect information from 30 to 50 enterprises • Analyse with EXCALL 1 the data resulting from the surveyed enterprises to come up with an exhaustive list of job-functions and remuneration components – result (*) • Prepare with EXCALL 1 guidelines to accompany the tool so that users have a step-by-step manual guiding the use of it. • Proceed to test the tool with EXCALL 1 with a pilot that considers its use in about 6 enterprises reflecting different economic and institutional sectors in MDA (these can be selected in the capital) • Analyse with EXCALL 1 the data and the procedure of using the tool with the results from the pilot: what changes are needed to improve the tool and its use? • Finalize the guidelines to accompany the final tool. • Joint with ILO and EXCALL 1, support provided to prepare the workshop where the tool will be presented • Joint with ILO and EXCALL 1, support provided to facilitate the workshop to showcase (a) the requirements of Ch. 19, (b) the principle behind C100, (c) the rational to tackle the gender pay gap, (d) learning to use the tool from a practical point of view. • Joint with ILO and EXCALL 1, help in any other required steps to guarantee that all the material needed is available at the moment of launching the tool for the public.
