UNICEF Jamaica is issuing Request for Proposal to Construction firms for the rehabilitation and improvement of WASH facilities including rainwater harvesting systems at Mount Waddy Primary School under the Hurricane Melissa Response. Hurricane Melissa caused damage to sanitation facilities, plumbing systems, and associated infrastructure, reducing the functionality and safety of WASH services at the school. SUBMISSION:   Bidders shall submit their Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal as separate documents, along with the required attachments, in PDF format only on or before 23:55 PM on April 8, 2026, Kingston, Jamaica time, to [email protected].
