Accordingly, we would like to request your organization to support us by providing prices for the following items based on the quantities listed below: 1. 1M CAT 6A Shielded Patch Cables - 200 pieces 2. 2M CAT 6A Shielded Patch Cables - 250 pieces 3. 3M CAT 6A Shielded Patch Cables - 250 pieces 4. 5M CAT 6A Shielded Patch Cables - 100 pieces 5. 10M CAT 6A Shielded Patch Cables - 100 pieces 6. 20M CAT 6A Shielded Patch Cables - 40 pieces We request that you provide detailed pricing for each item listed above using the format in Annex A attached to this Request for Information (RFI). Kindly note that this Request for Information does not constitute a solicitation process/bidding exercise. It is an information gathering exercise. The information provided by your company will be used by the United Nations for validating our budget estimate and fasclitate further planning.
