This Request for Information is not a formal call for tenders and there are no commitments with respect to any future calls for tender, purchases or contract. The objective of this Request For Information is to probe the market and better understand what solutions and options are available for the services described in the document as well as to gather useful information that would help the WTO develop the terms of reference and/or better define requirements for a future call for tender (to be confirmed). The main purpose of this RFI is to gather information and a sense of costs from potential suppliers who can assist the WTO Secretariat in designing, conducting, and analyzing the results of a comprehensive survey of the WTO's 166 member governments.
