UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a vendor for the Institutional Strengthening on Data, Monitoring and Evaluation for the Philippine Multisectoral Nutrition Project (PMNP) Through Data Quality Checks of FHSIS and OPT+ and Implementation of the Household Convergence Scorecard This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system. The purpose of this assignment is to improve the availability and quality of maternal and child health and nutrition data from administrative sources. This will aid in better planning, monitoring, and evaluation of both nutrition-specific and nutrition-sensitive programs, projects, and activities at the local level. Objectives: Specifically, the assignment aims to provide: Technical assistance and capacity development to the 235 municipalities to improve the quality of the FHSIS-Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition and Operation Timbang Plus (OPT+) data. Capacity building on the implementation and use of the Household Convergence Scorecard (HCSC) as the primary case management system for the PMNP. Please note that in order to access the tender documentation through UNICEF’s e-submissions system, vendors must: (i) be registered with UNICEF in UNGM as a company/NGO; (ii) have successfully completed all mandatory information currently required by UNGM when registering. Please ensure that any files submitted as part of your Bid are not corrupt or damaged in any way. Please exercise particular caution when using compressed files. Any corrupt or damaged files may lead to your Bid being invalidated.
