Important Instructions: The requested delivery date is 17 May 2026. The RFQ includes 3 LOTs. Bidders may quote for one or more lots as identified in ANNEX 1. However, all items within a selected lot must be offered.  Bidders must provide a full description of the offered items in ANNEX 3. Submission of photos or evidence of previous similar work is required to be eligible for evaluation. Free-of-charge samples may be requested from the lowest-priced substantially compliant bidder. If a sample is rejected, no costs shall be charged to UNFPA. Please note that requesting a sample does not automatically guarantee the award of a purchase order.
