UNOPS is hereby inviting suppliers to bid for the establishment of Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for the supply of a SaaS-based AI-Powered Contract and Case Management System for UNOPS Legal Group, as further described in the Schedule of Requirements.Based on the results of this competitive bidding exercise, UNOPS intends to enter into non-exclusive Long-Term Agreement(s) (LTA) with a single vendor capable of providing the full scope of the required solution and other associated services (as outlined in the Schedule of Requirements). UNOPS, therefore, strongly encourages vendors to bid accordingly.The Long-Term Agreement (LTA) encompasses a duration of three (3) years, with the option to extend for an additional two years, subject to vendor performance and price competitiveness.----IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
