To enable you to prepare and submit a Proposal, please find enclosed the following Annexes: D & E. Your Proposal must be received by the ILO no later the closing date identified in the UNGM platform. Late bids shall be rejected. You may submit a Proposal to the ILO provided that your organization is qualified, able and willing to deliver the services specified in this RFP. Participation in this RFP indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts provided. Any proposed modifications and/or reservations must be stated in your proposal and will be subject to further review before a contract can be concluded. Please note that nonconformity with the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts or the additional contractual conditions stated in section 2.6 can impact the evaluation of a proposal.
