Country:  Bosnia and Heregovina  Description of the Assignment:  The International Expert (hereinafter: “the Lead Expert”) will be responsible for overall methodological guidance, coordination, and drafting, including quality assurance over all activities related to the preparation of the Feasibility Study (and its complementary documents). The Lead Expert will closely coordinate with the National Expert for SDG financing (SDG bonds) (hereinafter: “the National Expert”) who will be engaged under separate ToR to provide support to the Lead Expert.Specifically, the consultant will be expected to perform the following tasks:Task 1: Inception Report with methodological set and WorkplanTask 2: First Draft of the Feasibility StudyTask 3: Development of the SDG Bond FrameworksTask 4: Development of Methodology & Templates for selection of the lead underwriter and SPO providerTask 5: Final Draft of the Feasibility StudyTask 6: Design and deliver a workshop with institutional stakeholders and UNDPPeriod of assignment/services (if applicable):  December 2024 - June 2025 Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
