Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The development of a three-part toolkit to guide different audiences on the development and application of National Occupational Standards (NOS) for vocational training and assessment. Toolkit Part 1 will provide guidance on developing NOS in line with the MHRSD national NOS Framework. Toolkit Part 2 will focus on using NOS to design learning outcomes and deliver competency-based training programmes. Toolkit Part 3 will provide guidance on designing assessments aligned to NOS, including appropriate assessment methods to support national skills recognition and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) systems.
