DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: Provision of Conference and Catering Services for International Forum on Anti-CorruptionCOUNTRY OF ASSIGNMENT: Seoul, Republic of Korea.EXPECTED DURATION: 2-3 July 2026The UNDP Seoul Policy Centre is looking for a qualified hotel located in or near the city centre to accommodate approximately 100 participants and provide comprehensive event services for the International Forum on Anti-Corruption, scheduled for 2-3 July 2026.  The required services shall include the provision of suitable conference venue facilities, catering services including lunches and refreshments, as well as the necessary audio-visual and display equipment. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
