RFP-2025-01 Partnerships to strengthen data use for impactful HIV responses: Data Deep Dives. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to enhance the use of diverse data sources to inform impactful HIV response strategies, with a focus on identifying and addressing within-country inequality on dimensions such as age, sex, gender, education, urban or rural residence, key population group, sub-national geography, and others in the HIV epidemic, bringing together the country data and analytical capacity. The project is called Data Deep Dives, and it is expected that after its implementation, the countries have: -A set of priority policy and programme questions as agreed upon by key stakeholders. - A full map of data sources, including programmatic, household and population-specific surveys, research studies, and modelling exercises. - A detailed report of HIV transmission and risk patterns that include previously unavailable insights, including on effectiveness of the programmes for different subpopulations - Evidence-based linkages between HIV and other Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly gender inequalities. - A consensus-based plan among the stakeholders at national and subnational levels on data sharing and collaborative data analysis for impact.
