Country: Guinea-Bissau Description of the Assignment: This consultancy forms part of the implementation of that strategy and is primarily aimed at delivering a "training of trainers" programme for the Instituto de Tecnologia da Modernização Administrativa (ITMA). The objective is to strengthen ITMA’s institutional capacity to lead, replicate, and sustain data protection and privacy training across key public administration services. The consultancy will also support ITMA in assessing current practices, identifying gaps, and designing practical tools and recommendations to guide public institutions in the secure handling of personal data—particularly data concerning women, children, and other vulnerable groups. Period of assignment/services: 6 months (105 days) Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
