The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for Provision of Asset Liability Management Study (ALM) for IFAD After Service Medical Coverage Scheme Trust Fund (ASMCS). The primary purpose is to ensure the long-term solvency of the Trust Fund by conducting a rigorous analysis of obligations to both current and future beneficiaries. The Fund's Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) is fundamentally derived from its actuarial liability profile and mandated risk budget. This study serves as the formal verification of the SAA by an independent financial advisor. By optimizing the portfolio composition, the study aims to mitigate systemic risks while ensuring the Fund remains within the risk parameters authorized by the Executive Board.
