The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a high-impact, fully integrated national communications campaign. The campaign seeks to: increase the general population’s awareness of the progress and impact of the EU investments for health over the past 10-15 years, to increase trust in the health system and to raise awareness of the services it provides which address the objectives stipulated in the EI tezt attached. WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.  Complete details of the requirements will be included in the respective solicitation documents.
