The ILO Jordan Office is seeking quotations for the provision of a meeting room and Iftar catering services for an upcoming International Women’s Day event to be held during Ramadan. The requested services include: - Meeting room rental for 40–50 participants, including standard AV equipment (projector, screen, microphones and sound system), and Wi-Fi; - Iftar catering (buffet or set menu), including dates, Ramadan beverages, water and a balanced selection of main dishes and desserts; All costs must be quoted in JOD, including taxes and service charges, with a clear breakdown of costs.
