The Asian Development Bank (ADB) wishes to receive bids for the Supply and Delivery of Poly Audio-Visual and Video Conferencing Systems. ADB intends to establish a Supply Framework Agreement under which goods may be upgraded or substituted as product models reach End-of-Life (EOL), End-of-Support Life (EOSL), or become obsolete. Bidders shall therefore ensure that proposed products have a clear upgrade path and shall comply with the EOL/EOSL/Obsolescence requirements stipulated in the Special Conditions of Contract.
