The Mission seeks proposals from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) or research and academic institutions, to conduct comprehensive research and analysis of the media market and media pluralism in the country and propose conclusions and recommendations, as currently there is no up-to-date comprehensive data on the media market in the country, nor on media pluralism. These analyses are a necessary precondition for regulating media concentration and a condition for informed decision-making and drafting of regulation. Additionally, these analyses are a necessary condition for media to run sustainable businesses based on the quality of their work and to be able to inform the public in an accurate and timely manner. The proposed project duration should not exceed twelve months.
