The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for providing ongoing support for the common IT data platforms used at WHO for collecting, harmonizing, analysing and dissemination public health data. High level description of these platforms, the underlying technologies and key requirements can be found in Annex C. The aim of this process is to sign Long Term Agreements to supplement WHO’s existing capacities and skills to support these platforms  which address the following objectives: Maintain operations to ensure continuity of IT services on these platforms Implement enhancements and bug fixes Provide user support Onboard new users and teams on the platforms Assist Product Managers of these platforms on the governance aspects   Platforms/Products: 1. District Heatlh Information Systems (DHIS2). 2. Dataform (based on LimeSurvey) 3. EDCRC (Electronic Data Collection on REDCap) 4. xMart 5. PowerBI, Shiny/R, Tableau 6. Azure AI/ML Platform
