EXPRESSION OF INTEREST   The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is currently exploring the possibility of procuring medium-sized remotely operated machines for mechanical ground preparation, in line with the technical specifications provided below. These machines are intended to support humanitarian demining activities in Ukraine. They will be used for remote mechanical ground preparation as part of technical surveys and clearance operations within the land release process. The use of such machines is a key factor in improving the overall efficiency and safety of demining operations. Key Technical Specifications: Weight: ~950 kg; Dimensions: 2.77 × 1.6 × 0.85 m Productivity: up to 2.5–3 hectares per day Engines: 2 × 1.8 kW electric motors + 18 HP petrol engine for rotor Fuel consumption: ~2 litres per hour; Battery: 12 kWh (range up to 22 km) Communication range: 2–3 km (radio), up to 20 km via repeater Protection: blast-resistant (99 % PTM survival), resistant to electronic warfare and FPV drones Deployment time: 2–15 minutes Clearing width: 1.35 m; Ground processing depth: up to 100 mm Does your company have the capacity to supply such machines, and are you interested in potential cooperation with WFP?
