UNSCO seeks to lease a stand alone hard structure premises in Gaza City to serve as both office space and a guesthouse for international staff and visiting delegations. The location must be within Gaza City and is subject to UNSCO Security approval. The required premises should provide 700–1300 m² of space ( 200 m2 to 300 m2 single hard structure stan-alone building plus 500 m2 to 1000 m2 empty space area) and secured parking for 6 vehicles. Additionally, the premises must include a minimum of 3 self contained accommodation units. The structure should include adequate interior finishes, functional utilities, and empty outdoor space to install UNSCO owned office containers and generators. The landlord must provide metered electrical and potable water supply, sufficient storage for 5 days’ water needs, and a compliant wastewater system. UNSCO must be allowed to install its own HVAC systems, fire safety equipment, IT and communication systems, and any security enhancements deemed necessary. The initial lease period is three (3) years, with the possibility of extension for up to an additional two plus one year (total up to five (5) years) under the same terms and conditions. Its purpose is to identify contractors that would be interested and eligible to participate in the bidding process when issued. 2. UNTSO/UNSCO reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be invited to participate in the bidding process. Only contractors which in UN's sole discretion are deemed eligible and qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their REOI submissions may receive the final tender solicitation documents. 3. UNTSO will examine the outcome of this request for EOI and will consider companies who have expressed their interest by providing the required information as to their ability to fulfill the requirement.
