Repair and Maintenance of Fire Alarm System (UniPOS FS 5200) and the Firefighting System (FM-200 System/UniPOS FS 5200R) at UNRWA's Syria Premises Evaluation Criteria: • Submitting signed and stamped TOR to confirm that all conditions and requirements are accepted by the bidder • The bidder should provide technical offer for all requested items in Annex 3 (8-Materials list to be provided by contractor) and should be ready to provide samples in case found needed by the technical evaluation committee. • The bidder should be obligated to provide all requested items as mentioned in the items table regarding to the brand and model number, and provide clear explanation for equivalent and include it in their submitted offer. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, most technically acceptable offer. Special conditions: • Delivery terms for requested items in Annex 3 (8-Materials list to be provided by contractor) 1. (DDP- UNRWA Warehouses at Damascus) and upon request: The supplier should provide his price including all costs and fees till receiving the items at UNRWA central warehouses in Damascus, • Preferable delivery period is immediate delivery for the requested items in items table. • The pricing should be for all requested items, related visits and jobs. • Samples should be collected within 3 months after which UNRWA will have the right to dispose in ways it deems fit • Vendors who have not previously registered with UNRWA are requested to complete their company profile and provide proof of Chamber of Commerce registration in a separate envelope, registered vendors are requested to provide updates if changes have occurred since last registration. (Please use Annex-6). • UNRWA reserves the right to conduct necessary tests and a laboratory analysis of submitted samples and compare the results with the technical specifications which are outlined in attached (RFQ).
