Country: Serbia Description of the Assignment: To support the Government of Serbia, the Development Agency of Serbia (DAS), and the FDI Unit in conducting a comprehensive overhaul of Serbia’s FDI promotion policy and regulatory framework to improve competitiveness in attracting strategic foreign investments—particularly in the context of the EUs evolving industrial policy, including the STEP Regulation. To identify regulatory and policy gaps that currently limit Serbia’s competitiveness as an investment destination for clean technologies, green industrial value chains, and advanced manufacturing—relative to the EU and its member states—and to propose actionable legislative amendments that align Serbia’s legal framework with investment facilitation tools used in the EU STEP Regulation and other strategic industrial policy instruments.Period of assignment/services: June 2025 - December 2025Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
