Cairo office is seeking professional interpretation and audiovisual services for meeting scheduled April 9, 2026 at the Ministry of Labour premises in New Capital for 50 participant[ants from 11:00 am to 02:30 pm Requested Services The service provider is required to deliver the following technical items and services: • Simultaneous Interpretation System: One (1) complete system, including a fully isolated booth for interpreters. • Participant Receivers: Fifty (50) wireless interpretation receivers equipped with headphones. • Audio System: One (1) sound system comprising two (2) speakers to ensure clear audio coverage for the room. • Microphones: Two (2) wireless handheld or clip-on microphones for speakers and Q&A sessions. • Visual Presentation Tools: One (1) Data Show unit and one (1) compatible projector screen. • IT Support: One (1) laptop dedicated to managing presentations and technical feeds.
