Background The World Health Organization – Western Pacific Regional Office, located at United Nations Avenue, Ermita, Manila, invites interested parties to submit sealed bids for the purchase of used duty/tax-free vehicles, offered on an “as-is, where-is” basis, with payment accepted via cash or bank deposit.   Vehicle Inspection Vehicles may be inspected at the WHO-Western Pacific Regional Office, located at the corner of United Nations Avenue and Taft Avenue, Ermita, Manila, from 18 to 22 August 2025, strictly between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays only.   Submission of Bids Bid proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and deposited in the locked bid box located at the WHO Main Lobby no later than 03:00 PM on 22 August 2025.  Please refer to attached Invitation to Bid for more detailed information.  Please refer to WHO Bid Reference WPRO/2025-08/ASU/275357 when submitting your offers.
