RFP-048/24 - Consultancy Firm for development of a Comprehensive Rehabilitation, Education and Reintegration Programme curriculum for the Sierra Leone Correctional ServiceThe overall objective of the consultancy is to design a comprehensive, modern, and inclusive Rehabilitation, Education, and Reintegration Programme Curriculum that aligns with national development priorities, market demands, and international standards for inmate rehabilitation and reintegration.   Specific objectives include: Assess current rehabilitation and education programmes within SLCS. Conduct a skills gap and market needs assessment in digital literacy, coding, animation, graphic design, communication, and visual arts, including consultations with private sector stakeholders and correctional staff. Design a competency-based education and training curriculum with a focus on digital, creative, and soft skills. Ensure the curriculum promotes inclusion, gender sensitivity, and accessibility for all categories of inmates.
