Country:  Kyrgyzstan Description of the Assignment: The primary objective of NC4 is to make a critical contribution to the design and implementation of the new integrated comprehensive Public Investment Management System in the Kyrgyz Republic, ensuring that national institutional realities, legislative frameworks, and local expertise are fully and accurately reflected throughout the process. NC4 will develop the full package of legislative and regulatory acts required to implement the new integrated comprehensive PIM system and will independently promote their adoption, while providing sustained analytical, methodological, and capacity-building support under the guidance of IC2 (see Annex 1) Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 24 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
