All pages of those annexes (price proposals, mandatory checklist) should be signed by the authorised representative of the bidder. *Bid form in the ITB document (pages 3,4,5) shall be filled in, duly signed and stamped with date, and sent with the proposals. *Please note that incomplete or partial offers will be disqualified. *All bidders are requested to fill in the mandatory checklist (Annex-D). All bidders are requested to provide full documentation requested in the mandatory checklist Annex-D with their proposals. The submission of the documents in Annex-D is essential to assess the validity of the proposals. The suppliers may be disqualified in case of any missing document addressed in Annex-D as mandatory. For acknowledgement receipt of this email and its attachments with the tender document, bidders are requested to inform UNICEF as soon as possible by EMAIL to Supply Unit at [email protected]. All requests for formal clarification or queries on this tender must be submitted in writing to Supply Unit by email at [email protected] latest until 21 May 2025,16:00hrs(Ankara time).
