Request for Proposals for Services (RFPS also known as LRPS)   UNICEF in Romania wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for “Institutional consultancy for the provision of advisory services to UNICEF Romania on accessing and managing institutional funding, including through EU instruments”” as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached at Annex B. HOW TO APPLY:   E-MAIL PROPOSALS should be sent to: ROM-PROCUREMENT@UNICEF.ORG.   The reference RFPS/LRPS-2025-9196180 Advisory Services and Company name must be mentioned as the subject of the e-mail.   The Bid Form (pg. 2-3 from the RFPS) must be completed and signed when replying to this request for proposal.  The Proposals MUST be submitted in ENGLISH and received at the above e-mail address by latest on Wednesday, 26th March 2025, at 15:00, Bucharest local time.
