Contractual Terms Any Purchase Order that will be issued as a result of this RFQ shall be subject to the IOM standard terms for provision of goods/services/transportation/medical services available at https://www.iom.int/do-business-us-procurement or IOM standard contract templates.  Documents to be submitted Bidders shall submit their offers with the following required documents. Availability of Diesel        - Bidder/Proposer should attach their quotation , showing bid amount and      delivery timeline.      - By selecting YES, the vendor/proposer confirms the availability of Diesel in stock.      -Bidders who do not attach their quotations with the referenced information will not be considered. Bid security from a reputable bank - Bidder/Proposer must submit a Bid Security from a reputable Financial Institution. -Note: Bid Security should be 2% of Bid Amount. -A security can take the form of bank guarantees, surety bonds, stand-by letters of credit, cheques on which a bank is primarily liable, and cash deposits. Eligibility     - Bidder/Proposer must be registered with all relevant local authorities and have all the required valid licenses and tax clearances. Required documents:  - 2025/2026 Tax clearances - Valid Operating License   Experience -Bidder/Proposer must have minimum 2 years of experience in the supply and delivery of petroleum products within South Sudan. -Experience in delivery to deep field locations within South Sudan is an advantage. Required documents: - Copies of Purchase Orders and Supply Contracts as applicable.   Quotation validity period The quotation shall remain valid for one hundred twenty (120) working days from the deadline for the submission.
