The IAEA requires for continuous and comprehensive all-season outdoor maintenance services for the IAEA Laboratories in Seibersdorf, including the site’s road network, parking lots, pedestrian areas and land, to ensure that the property remains in a well-kept condition, is groomed and cleared from debris, and is passable at all times for vehicles as well as pedestrians.
