UNESCO invites qualified companies to submit proposals for the Procurement of services in provision of policy and regulatory support for the development of AI governance, institutional frameworks and data protection legislation in Ukraine. The Contractor will support the Government of Ukraine in strengthening the national AI governance framework through legal and policy analysis, comparative review of EU practices, development of recommendations for institutional architecture, and alignment of personal data protection legislation with EU standards.  Proposals must be submitted no later than 22 May 2026, at 18:00 (Kyiv local time).
