Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The collaborator will conduct the independent final evaluation of the CSP project in OpT that aims to assess the project’s design & implementation comprehensively, as per ILO Evaluation Policy. The evaluation examines the CSP against OECD/DAC criteria: relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, (potential) impact & sustainability. It will also identify strengths & weaknesses in the project design, strategy, & implementation as well as lessons learned, best practices, & recommendations for consideration in future interventions & projects & touch upon cross cutting issues such as gender equality, disability, social dialogue, international standards, just transition, & the achievement of relevant SDGs, particularly for vulnerable groups.
