The intended BPOs will support mission start up and ongoing engineering works and may cover, but are not limited to, the following categories: • Civil & Hardware Materials • Electrical Materials • Plumbing Materials • Hand Tools The BPO(s), if established, are expected to be valid for an initial period of one (1) year, with possible extensions, subject to satisfactory performance and organizational requirements. Specific Requirements/Information Vendors are requested to provide non binding information on the following: A. Company Information • Legal name of company • Country of registration • Years in operation • Contact person and contact details B. Technical Capability • Categories of supply (Civil / Electrical / Plumbing / Tools – indicate all that apply) • Experience supplying similar materials (preferably to UN, NGOs, or international organizations) • Local or regional warehousing capability • Typical delivery lead times within Haiti C. Indicative Pricing (Optional but Recommended) • Indicative unit prices for selected items from the attached sample shopping list • Currency • Validity period of indicative prices Indicative pricing is requested for market analysis purposes only and will not be evaluated competitively. D.
