The initiative aims to strengthen participatory governance, transparency, accountability, and government responsiveness by enabling continuous, technology‑enabled engagement between citizens and public institutions.  Objective of the Challenge: The objective of the Innovation Challenge is to strengthen participatory governance, transparency, and accountability in Lesotho by developing a secure, inclusive, and technology-enabled digital platform that institutionalises continuous citizen engagement.
