Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Lead stakeholder engagement and content development for the Workverse Virtual Reality (VR) platform. • Co-create VR experiences with youth, artists, and institutional partners, ensuring cultural and thematic relevance. • Design facilitation guides and session structures for immersive VR learning, social dialogue, and policy engagement. • Support pilot testing, collect user feedback, and iterate content for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with the VR Platform Customization Lead to align content with technical systems and national priorities. • Contribute to adoption, scale-up, and sustainability of the Workverse as a tool for inclusive labour market development in Uganda.
