The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations is seeking to award a contract for the provision of Operation and Maintenance Services of the Electrical and Special Systems at FAO’s Headquarters in Rome, Viale delle Terme di Caracalla and at Blumenstihl-Zwicky building, Via Vittoria Colonna, 1. The Contractor shall provide the services as set out in Annex I “Technical Specifications” and in accordance with the related Annexes at FAO’s Headquarters in Rome. The Contractor shall ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, safety and sustainability of all systems. It shall also prevent systems corrosion and damage/failure to provide a comfortable, safe and healthy indoor environment for FAO staff and visitors.
