This consultancy aims to support UNICEF Viet Nam, in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) to conduct mental health needs assessments and provide psychosocial support to children affected by Typhoon Yagi in Lao Cai, Yen Bai and Cao Bang province.
