The World Meteorological Organization through the Global Atmosphere Watch (GAW) Programme is providing support to member countries contributing to the global ozone observations, these observations in turn support the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and the Montreal Protocol about ozone-depleting substances to achieve its objectives. The GAW - Scientific Advisory Group (SAG) of Ozone and UV approved observation technique namely Brewer spectrophotometers. These technical specifications outline the technical requirements for the BA-E93 I/O Board to be provided by a reputable and capable vendor (“the Contractor”) upon WMO’s demand, within a period of three years.
