Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO seeks to hire a consultant or team of consultants to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the care cooperatives sector in Uzbekistan, to better understand the legal environment for cooperatives and other SSE entities; to identify key stakeholders (public, private, community-based, multi-stakeholder), to understand the existing financial mechanisms, including global, regional and national financing mechanisms, including public and private funding models that support cooperatives and SSE entities especially care cooperatives, and to make recommendations for pilot testing activities. Key informant interviews will be required to complement desk research and findings will be compiled in a final assessment report. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
