The International Labour Organisation (ILO) intend to invite quotations from eligible design agencies to provide professional graphic design services including conceptualisation and creation of design & layout of a range of visibility and communication  materials/products/services commissioned as part of the project           “ Promoting safe employment pathways and fair recruitment practices”    You are requested to kindly refer the attached Terms of Reference for details. Interested agencies with relevant expertise and experience are requested to submit the proposal/quotation via email to [email protected] with copy to [email protected].   Financial proposal including cost break-up for each services should be part of the submission. Kindly note the deadline for submission of your proposals/quotation for this assignment is latest by 1730 hrs (IST), 08 June 2026. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :- The current RfQ is open till 8 June 2026. All interested agencies are requested to go through the RfQ, especially the project details mentioned therein, to understand the scope of work. A concrete workplan with exact quantity of deliverables will be developed in the coming weeks by the project team. At this point, the request is for a rate card from interested agencies that details items/tasks/deliverables that they deem most relevant to produce the outputs mentioned. All proposals that are received will be reviewed for completeness and items most relevant for the project’s work will be carried forward. Additional details may be requested from potential agencies after initial review.
