UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN’S FUND (UNICEF) Wishes to receive Proposals for: Long Term Agreement (LTA) for Procurement of Hypro Chlorine Sodium, Calcium Hypochlorite, Aluminium Sulphate and Polyaluminium Chloride (Annex-A) NOTE: This solicitation process was originally issued for the establishment of a 2+2+2 year Long-Term Agreement (LTA) (Annex A) and Current (Urgent) Procurement (Annex B). The deadline for the establishment of the 2+2+2 year LTA (Annex A) has been extended to 06 November 2024, Wednesday, at or before 10:00 (Ankara Time). The bid for the Current (Urgent) Procurement (Annex B) has been closed as of 28 October 2024, Monday at 10:00, and will not be extended. Bids for the Current (Urgent) Procurement (Annex B) submitted by the deadline of 28 October 2024, will be soon evaluated and and the new bids for Annex-B will not be accepted. Bidders who submitted price proposals for the establishment of the 2+2+2 year LTA (Annex A) have the right to revisit their proposals for the extended tender until the new deadline of 06 November 2024, Wednesday, at or before 10:00 (Ankara Time). Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. The offered prices must be valid for a minimum of 6 (2+2+2) years. Bidders are expected to take domestic economic conditions into consideration and make a reasonable cost estimate to be able to fix their prices until LTA expiry date.
