To develop a unified National OSH Policy and a costed Implementation Framework that aligns with international labour standards (ILO C.155 and C.187), addresses critical national gaps, and establishes a coherent, preventative, and inclusive system for ensuring safe and healthy working conditions for all workers in Pakistan.
