Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant (Junior Data Scientist) will support the ILO’s work on measuring forced labour and trafficking in persons across the Global Estimates of Modern Slavery (GEMS), Forced Labour in Supply Chains (FLSC), and the STATIP project, and will contribute to the development and documentation of data-driven and AI-assisted analytical processes that strengthen statistical standards and tools. The assignment will focus on supporting the operationalization of indicator frameworks, development and validation of structured datasets based on legal and textual sources, and reconciliation of administrative and literature-based evidence. The consultant will also support the documentation of methodological processes for validating trafficking measurement standards and assessing questionnaire performance using court case material and simulated respondent pathways.
