The purpose of this consultancy is to support the Government of Tajikistan in strengthening climate‑resilient, equitable, and child‑sensitive WASH service delivery through an evidence‑informed review, planning, and financing process. The consultancy will generate robust, actionable evidence that the government and development partners can use to mobilize and attract additional financing and investments for sustainable WASH systems.
