Under the technical supervision of the ILO social finance technical officer based in Abidjan and National Project Coordinator based in Ghana, the consultant will: Select the participants in coordination with the projects, Prepare and conduct an ILO Financial Education ToT, Provide follow-up coaching and on-the-spot technical support to interested trainers to support the certification process, and Run a certification workshop and certify ready and up-to-the-standard trainers
