Build capacity of technical assistance providers and partners at country level through training, coaching and advice. Designing and implementing targeted trainings on key elements of funding request design and implementation planning, to improve coherence, prioritization and implementation readiness. 5. Facilitate horizontal learning, knowledge management and documentation across countries receiving VST support. Developing concise practical tools (review checklists, prioritization matrices, GHSD alignment guidance, implementation planning templates) to improve consistency and strategic coherence across supported countries.
