The objective of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to procure professional services for the instructional design, development, testing, and delivery of a self‑paced e‑learning course on Regulatory Innovation and Regulatory Sandboxes. The course will be developed based on content and a detailed outline provided by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and fully comply with ITU Academy pedagogical, technical, and accessibility standards.
